WAC Security Cloud

Smart Shutter

Use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G and cloud security policies to give rolling shutters trusted remote control, live status, anomaly alerts and fully auditable access.

Smart Control Console

Designed for factories, warehouses, campuses, retail sites and vehicle entrances, WAC connects shutter controllers, sensors and the cloud platform as one manageable and traceable security system.

  • Trusted operation: Device identity, role-based permissions and signed commands secure every authorized opening.
  • Multi-network connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G/5G support indoor, outdoor and distributed locations.
  • Live status: Monitor open, closed, moving, obstructed and offline states in real time.
  • Anomaly alerts: Notify operators about prolonged opening, abnormal obstruction and unauthorized activity.

Multi-Sensor Environmental Awareness and Real-Time Security Alerts

Through the WAC Mini Program and app, operators can monitor TVOC, human and biological presence, smoke, oxygen levels, temperature, humidity, formaldehyde and other environmental indicators from anywhere. Door status and environmental data are presented together, giving warehouses, garages, factories and similar sites a unified workflow from anomaly detection and risk notification to remote response.

  • Real-time multi-sensor monitoring: Consolidate environmental and safety sensor data to maintain continuous awareness of air quality, temperature, humidity, smoke and on-site activity.
  • Configurable threshold policies: Define thresholds, persistence periods and alert severity for each site and device to reduce unnecessary notifications.
  • Tiered real-time alerts: Push security and fire warnings to mobile users when the system detects smoke, abnormal temperature, excessive harmful gases or unusual activity.
  • Coordinated remote response: Associate every alert with its device, location, timestamp and live status so operators can verify risk quickly and dispatch an on-site response.

Centralized Remote Control via App and Mini Program

The Were Cloud app brings rolling shutters across garages, warehouses and other sites into one control console.
Administrators can authorize multiple users, view connectivity, door position and operating status, remotely open, stop or close each shutter, and review complete operation records.

AI-Powered Rules Engine

The WAC AI-powered rules engine analyzes shutter status together with on-site signals such as oxygen levels, smoke, temperature, TVOC and occupancy. It turns isolated threshold alerts into a closed event-response loop—sense, assess, act, verify and escalate. Within pre-authorized safety policies, the system can operate shutters automatically and coordinate ventilation, sprinklers and fire-response equipment for faster, more consistent incident handling.

  • Intelligent shutter control: When oxygen levels are low or air quality remains abnormal, the rules engine can open the shutter automatically where safety interlocks permit, supporting ventilation. Once conditions recover, it evaluates occupancy, shutter and site status before closing.
  • Smoke-event response: After a smoke alarm, the system evaluates temperature, TVOC, alert duration and corroborating sensor data to determine severity, then opens the shutter according to the emergency plan to preserve evacuation and responder access.
  • Tiered fire-safety coordination: For high-risk events confirmed by multiple indicators, authorized integrations can activate sprinklers, audible and visual alarms, smoke extraction and fire notifications. If the risk continues to rise, the system alerts responsible personnel and advances the emergency workflow.
  • Trusted safety boundaries: Automated actions remain constrained by device identity, rule permissions, on-site safety interlocks and approved operating scope, with manual override, offline fail-safe policies and complete audit records.
